Domestic Returns Policy
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. You may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee will be charged. We do not offer exchanges.

Once your return is approved, you must ship the item(s) back and provide return tracking information within 30 calendar days, with the approval date counted as Day 1. Nice at first, then plateau

I liked how my skin looked and felt the first 10 days — softer, less flakey around the nose. However after a month the changes leveled off and I didn't see further improvement. Packaging is elegant and hygienic, and the product layers well with serums and SPF. If you expect dramatic overnight results this won't be it, but it's a reliable moisturizer for everyday use.

Travel-friendly rescue for winter skin

I bought this when my skin started flaking in cold weather and it's been a lifesaver on weekend trips. The tube is compact and the pump prevents waste. I apply a thin layer in the morning and a slightly thicker layer at night after cleansing; it soothes tightness within minutes. A part of my evening routine now

I've incorporated this into my evening routine and appreciate how it plays with my retinol nights. I use a pea-sized amount after my serum, wait about a minute, then apply an oil if needed. The finish is dewy without feeling greasy and it helped calm dryness from cooler air. Scent is very faint, packaging is sturdy and travel-friendly. After three weeks my skin texture looks smoother and makeup goes on nicer in the morning. Only minor gripe is the pump sometimes sticks if I don't wipe the nozzle, otherwise would repurchase.
