Gentle Cleansing Lotion is a mild, creamy, moisture-balancing cleanser that effortlessly removes makeup, dirt, and daily debris without disrupting the skin’s delicate moisture barrier. Formulated with Red and Brown Algae to condition and replenish, and Apple Amino Acids for antioxidant-rich cleansing, this soothing lotion leaves dry or sensitive skin feeling clean, soft, and comfortably hydrated. Free of artificial fragrance and dye, it’s ideal for even the most reactive skin types.

Wet face with tepid water. Dispense a quarter-sized amount into palm of hand. Using fingertips, gently massage onto face using circular motions. Rinse thoroughly and pat skin dry. Use twice daily, morning and evening.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $50 will incur a flat shipping fee of $4.90.
Most U.S. orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the ship date, unless there are carrier-related delays. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer to arrive.

Domestic Returns Policy
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. You may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us first at customercare@dermskinlab.com. Be sure to include your name and order number, and our team will get back to you with return instructions.

A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee will be charged. We do not offer exchanges.

Once your return is approved, you must ship the item(s) back and provide return tracking information within 30 calendar days, with the approval date counted as Day 1. If no return tracking information has been provided by the end of Day 30, we will cancel the return authorization and close the return request.

Gentle, hydrating foam that improved texture over weeks

I've been using this cleanser morning and night for about a month and noticed my skin texture smoothing out a bit — fewer small dry patches and less redness after showers. The foam is delicate and spreads easily; a little goes a long way so the bottle will last. It doesn't foam up into harsh bubbles, which I like because my skin stays hydrated rather than taut. I also appreciate the clean, subtle fragrance that doesn't linger. On the downside, if I use hard water it feels slightly less effective, so I splash with filtered water when possible. Overall it's a reliable, soothing cleanser that fits well into a layered routine with vitamin C and a lightweight moisturizer.

Good daily cleanser but not a makeup remover

I use this every morning during my skincare routine and it's become my go-to for that. It wakes up my skin, rinses off easily, and doesn't leave any tightness. However, it didn't fully dissolve my long-wear eyeliner or mascara — I need an oil or micellar step first. Also noticed the dispenser occasionally sticks if you don't wipe the nozzle. Still, for cleansing sweat and SPF after the gym or for a gentle AM wash, it's excellent.

Perfect for my evening routine — non-irritating and calming

I have reactive, rosacea-prone skin and this cleanser is one of the few that doesn't make my face flare up. I use it in the evening after makeup removal: a small amount lathers into a soft foam, I massage for 30–45 seconds, then rinse. It leaves my skin feeling clean but not stripped, and my serums absorb better afterward. The smell is subtle and not perfumed, which I appreciate. Packaging is simple and travel-friendly. The only minor quibble is that it doesn't fully remove waterproof mascara, so I double-cleanse when I wear heavier eye makeup.

Light, effective daily clean

I've been using this gentle foaming cleanser every morning for three weeks. It rinses clean without tightening my skin and removes light sweat and sunscreen well. Texture is airy foam, scent barely there. I use about a nickel-sized pump and follow with moisturizer. Would prefer a pump that dispenses a bit less product per pump, but overall it's a solid daily cleanser for sensitive skin.
