Domestic Returns Policy
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. You may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us first at customercare@dermskinlab.com. Be sure to include your name and order number, and our team will get back to you with return instructions.

A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee will be charged. We do not offer exchanges.

Once your return is approved, you must ship the item(s) back and provide return tracking information within 30 calendar days, with the approval date counted as Day 1. If no return tracking information has been provided by the end of Day 30, we will cancel the return authorization and close the return request.

Surprisingly plumping, but took a week to notice

I’ve been using this every evening for about ten days and can see a subtle improvement in skin fullness around my cheeks and nasolabial area. The cream feels cushiony, not heavy, and layers well under a night oil. I did have one small breakout on my jawline the first week, probably from switching products, but it cleared up. Packaging is sturdy and the pump dispenses a consistent amount — I use two pumps per face. Overall I’d buy again for that dewy, slightly lifted look.

First impression: plush cream with real staying power

I picked this up to add more 'body' to my dry skin routine and it’s become a favorite. The cream is rich but not oily, sinks in after a minute, and leaves skin feeling springy rather than tight. I use it morning and night on cheeks, temples, and around the mouth — about two pumps each time. After three weeks friends said my face looked less hollow and my makeup sits better on top. The only drawback: the scent lingers a touch longer than I prefer, though it’s not overpowering. If you prefer unscented products, this might not be ideal, but for me the texture and visible plumping effect make it worth it.

Nice texture, light scent

I like the whipped texture — it spreads easily and absorbs without leaving a greasy film. Scent is faint and pleasant, and a pea-sized amount covers my forehead and cheeks. Great for morning under makeup.
