We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $50 will incur a flat shipping fee of $4.90.
Most U.S. orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the ship date, unless there are carrier-related delays. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer to arrive.

Domestic Returns Policy
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. You may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us first at customercare@dermskinlab.com. Be sure to include your name and order number, and our team will get back to you with return instructions.

A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee will be charged. We do not offer exchanges.

Once your return is approved, you must ship the item(s) back and provide return tracking information within 30 calendar days, with the approval date counted as Day 1. If no return tracking information has been provided by the end of Day 30, we will cancel the return authorization and close the return request.

Light, non-greasy daily cream

I use this every morning under sunscreen and a light BB cream. Texture is silky and absorbs quickly—no pilling. Mild, pleasant scent that fades fast. My makeup sits well on top; happy with the hydration for daytime.

Noticeable improvement after a week

I started using this in the evenings about a week ago and can tell my skin looks less tired. It's richer than my previous gel moisturizer but not heavy. I massage a pea-sized amount into cheeks and forehead; it layers nicely with my serum. On the downside, the jar packaging isn't the most hygienic—I'd prefer a pump—but overall it calms redness and adds a dewy finish by morning without breaking me out.
