Physical Fusion UV Defense SPF 50 is a weightless sunscreen fluid that combines 100% mineral filters with translucent color spheres for effective, broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection and an even, radiant finish. This high protection zinc oxide mineral sunscreen also contains artemia salina, a plankton extract known to increase skin’s resistance to UV- and heat-induced stress. Dermatologist-tested for safety.

1.Prep + Dispense

Apply liberally to face, neck, and decolletage 15 minutes before sun exposure and before applying makeup

2.Apply + Complete

Re-apply at least every two hours or after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating. Re-apply immediately after any towel drying or at least every two hours.

Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad-Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including:

Limit time in the sun, from 10am - 2pm
Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses

Domestic Returns Policy
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. You may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee will be charged. We do not offer exchanges.

Becomes part of my AM routine

I use this every morning before makeup and it's been a nice addition. It goes on smooth over serum, sits well under foundation, and I don't get that greasy shine by noon like with chemical sunscreens. I appreciate the mineral protection—my skin feels calm after application and there was no stinging around my eyes. I did notice a tiny bit of chalkiness on very close inspection, but once powdered my makeup looked fine. Reapplying midday on top of makeup is easy with blotting and a light dusting.

Lightweight but protective

I've tried mineral sunscreens before and this one layers well under my morning moisturizer. No white cast on my medium skin tone, and it doesn't pill with my sunscreen primer. I use about a nickel-sized amount for face and neck and it dries down in a couple minutes. Smells faintly powdery, not overwhelming. Feels comfortable for long walks in spring. Wish the pump dispensed a little more consistently.

Great for sensitive skin but a little thick

I have reactive skin and needed a physical SPF that wouldn't irritate. This one was gentle—no redness or breakouts after a week of daily use. Texture is thicker than I expected; I warm a small amount between fingertips to spread it evenly. In humid weather it lasted well, but on very hot days I had to blot a couple times. The packaging is sturdy and travel-friendly. Overall I'm happy and will keep using it, though I hope they refine the consistency a touch in future batches.
