STEP 1 CLEANSE: Use Bioglycolic Face Cleanser in the morning and evening. Gently massage a quarter-size amount over dry skin. Rinse thoroughly. Do not use as an eye makeup remover.

STEP 2 REJUVENATE: Apply C-ESTA Face Serum sparingly in the morning and evening over entire face.

STEP 3 RESURFACE: Shake well before using. Apply Bioclear Face Lotion sparingly in the morning and evening over entire face. To minimize sensitivity, start with one application daily before gradually increasing to AM/PM use.

STEP 4 HYDRATE: Apply Transformation Face Cream sparingly in the morning and evening over entire face and neck.

STEP 5 PROTECT: Shake well before using. Apply Antioxidant Daily Face Protectant SPF 33 generously in the morning over entire face and neck 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying or at least every two hours.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $50 will incur a flat shipping fee of $4.90.
Most U.S. orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the ship date, unless there are carrier-related delays. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer to arrive.

Domestic Returns Policy
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. You may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us first at customercare@dermskinlab.com. Be sure to include your name and order number, and our team will get back to you with return instructions.

A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee will be charged. We do not offer exchanges.

Once your return is approved, you must ship the item(s) back and provide return tracking information within 30 calendar days, with the approval date counted as Day 1. If no return tracking information has been provided by the end of Day 30, we will cancel the return authorization and close the return request.
