Domestic Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $50 will incur a flat shipping fee of $4.90.
Most U.S. orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the ship date, unless there are carrier-related delays. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer to arrive.
Need it faster? Select Express Shipping at checkout! We offer free Express shipping on orders over $250, with delivery in 2–3 business days. A flat rate shipping fee of $9.90 applies to orders below $250.

Domestic Returns Policy
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. You may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us first at customercare@dermskinlab.com. Be sure to include your name and order number, and our team will get back to you with return instructions.

A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee will be charged. We do not offer exchanges.

Once your return is approved, you must ship the item(s) back and provide return tracking information within 30 calendar days, with the approval date counted as Day 1. If no return tracking information has been provided by the end of Day 30, we will cancel the return authorization and close the return request.

Gentle enough for nightly use, small improvement

Nice texture, waits for makeup well

First impressions: silky texture that melts in after about 30 seconds. I use a pea-size for both eyes and let it settle while I do my morning coffee. On days I wear makeup the cream layers nicely under sunscreen and foundation without creasing. I haven't seen major changes to dark circles, but the skin feels smoother. Tip: warm between fingers before tapping on to avoid tugging delicate skin.

Pleasant routine addition but a couple of caveats

I was drawn to this because it promised overnight refinement without heavy irritation. The cream has a silky, almost gel-cream feel that soaks in well and doesn't migrate into my eyes overnight. I use it after cleansing and a light serum, and I like that it doesn’t pill when I pat it in. Over six weeks I noticed improved smoothness and fewer morning creases, though my darkness under the eyes is mostly unchanged.

A few realistic notes: the pump can be inconsistent—sometimes one press gives more than a pea-sized amount—so I recommend careful dosing. Also, if you have very reactive skin, start every other night to test tolerance. The fragrance is subtle but present, which wasn't a problem for me but might bother fragrance-sensitive users. Overall, a thoughtful product that fits well into a low-fuss evening routine and helped with texture and hydration without heavy residue.
