Subscribe & Save Terms
DermSkinLab’s Subscribe & Save program makes it easy to maintain your skincare routine by automatically delivering your favorite products on a schedule that works for you.
By subscribing, your selected products will be automatically reordered and shipped according to the delivery frequency you choose. These terms explain how subscriptions work, billing details, and how you can manage or cancel your subscription.
How Subscribe & Save Works
When you select the Subscribe & Save option on an eligible product, you enroll in a recurring subscription for that product.
Your subscription orders will be automatically created and processed according to your selected delivery schedule. Your payment method will be charged for each recurring order, and your products will be shipped directly to you.
Subscription Price and Billing Frequency
By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you authorize DermSkinLab to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order at the subscription price displayed at the time of enrollment.
Your subscription product, price, and delivery frequency (such as every 30, 60, or 90 days) will be shown during checkout and available in your subscription account.
If subscription pricing changes, we will notify you in advance. You may update or cancel your subscription before the next scheduled billing date.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew according to the delivery schedule you selected until you cancel.
There is no minimum commitment, and you may manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Subscribe & Save Discount
Subscribers receive 10% off eligible subscription orders while their subscription remains active.
The discount will be automatically applied to qualifying recurring subscription orders.
DermSkinLab reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription discounts with advance notice.
Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription anytime through your DermSkinLab account.
To manage your subscription:
- Log in to your account.
- Access the Manage Subscriptions section.
- Update your subscription preferences.
You can:
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your next shipment date
- Skip an upcoming order
- Pause your subscription
- Cancel your subscription
To ensure changes apply to your next shipment, please make updates at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Subscription Confirmation and Order Reminders
After subscribing, you will receive a confirmation email with your subscription details, including:
- Your subscribed product(s)
- Subscription price
- Delivery frequency
- Instructions for managing your subscription
We may also send reminder notifications before your upcoming recurring orders.
Payment Authorization
By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you authorize DermSkinLab and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for each recurring subscription order.
Please ensure your payment information and contact details remain accurate to avoid delays in processing your subscription orders.
If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the payment or request an updated payment method.
